Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at jodasamir6@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty items (such as exfoliating gloves) cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
